Membership is Ownership
You do not have to be a member to shop at the Co-op. Membership, however, does offer many benefits. When you become a member, you become an owner; the Co-op is collectively owned and democratically run. Member owners have the voting power to influence the Co-op's direction. And by becoming a member-owner you can help support and strengthen the local economy.
