The Co-op Council consists of up to 9 members, elected by the membership at annual meetings, who serve staggered terms, so that one-third of the seats will become available each year. In addition, Hunger Mountain Co-op staff elect a representative, without voting power, who attends Council Meetings to represent their interests and keeps them informed on issues on the table. The General Manager serves as a non-voting ex-officio member of the Executive Committee.

Council meetings are normally held on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Members and staff are welcome to attend. If you are a member or staff person and have an issue you would like to see addressed, please contact the General Manager, a Council Member or the Staff Rep to have it put on the agenda.
